Recommended I-WeBS Count Dates 2009/10
Please see the 2009/10 season’s recommended count dates below. They have been chosen based on tidal conditions around Ireland’s coastline, and to maximise synchronisation of counts across the country. If any of these dates are unsuitable you can count your I-WeBS site on a different date that is more suitable for you, or that has more favourable counting conditions.
The Irish Wetland Bird Survey is a joint scheme between BirdWatch Ireland and the National Parks and Wildlife Service of the Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government.
